SV 33B Class 1 Acoustic Calibrator

SV 33B Sound Calibrator is a class 1 sound calibrator produces an acoustic pressure of reference level 114 dB at frequency of 1 kHz. The SV 33B is suitable for calibration of Class 1 and Class 2 sound level meters and dosimeters with 1/2″ microphones.

SV 33B uses a built-in reference piezoresistive sensor for monitoring generated level, pressure and temperature sensors for measurements of atmospheric conditions and a microprocessor system controlling the operation of the calibrator. Sinusoidal waveform of 1 kHz frequency is digitally generated and feeds the loudspeaker. Sampled signal from the reference piezoresistive sensor indicates the level of currently generated signal in a feedback loop. On the basis of information about the level of the signal, actual values of pressure and temperature, microprocessor adjusts amplification of the loudspeaker signal in order to produce appropriate sound pressure level in the calibrator’s chamber.

SV 36 Class 1 Acoustic Calibrator

SV 36 is a type approved sound calibrator meeting class 1 requirements in accordance to IEC 60942:2017. The calibrator is designed for calibration of class 1 sound level meters and class 2 sound level meters at 94 dB and 114 dB at frequency of 1 kHz.

The accuracy of the calibration signal is controlled by a built-in microprocessor and reference sensors: piezoresistive sensor that monitors accuracy of the generated pressure level, atmospheric pressure sensor and temperature sensor. The feedback regulation control loop makes all adjustments of the calibration signal fully automatic so users do not require any manual adjustments to the ambient temperature and static pressure levels.

The SV 36 Class 1 acoustic calibrator features an infrared sensor that detects microphone presence and turns on/off the calibrator automatically. The calibrator is powered by two LR03/AAA batteries. Each acoustic calibrator is provided with a statement of the calibration which allows the user to be certain that their instruments will measure correctly.

SV 34B Acoustic Calibrator

The SV34B Sound Calibrator is a class 2 sound calibrator that generates reference signal of 114 dB at 1 kHz and is designed to calibrate class 2 sound level meters and noise dosimeters with 1/2″ microphones. The calibrator features the robust housing that gives comfort of a secure grip to its users.
